Only what we need to get you cool again.

Info you give us

• Contact and quote forms: name, phone number, email, service address, and what you tell us about your AC or HVAC problem.
• Calls, texts, and emails: what you share when you reach out, including call recordings and transcripts (see Section 4).
• Comfort Club purchases: name, email, billing details, and service address. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Service visits: details about your equipment, property, and the work we did.

Info collected automatically

• IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time on site, and the page or site that sent you to us.
• Ad click details, like which Google ad or search term brought you here, and whether you called or sent a form afterward.
• General location based on your IP address.

Info from others

• Ad and analytics partners like Google send us reports on how our ads perform. These are usually summarized, not tied to you by name.
• Review platforms like Google, when you leave us a review.

How We Use Your Information

To show up, do the job right, and follow up.

• Respond to your request, give quotes, and schedule service.
• Do the work, send appointment reminders, and follow up after a visit.
• Process Comfort Club memberships and payments.
• Send service and maintenance reminders, and occasional offers if you opt in.
• Measure and improve our ads, website, and customer service.
• Block fraud and spam, and protect our business and customers.
• Follow the law, including licensing and tax rules.

Ads, Cookies & Tracking

How we know which ads actually work.

We advertise on Google and may advertise on other platforms. To see what's working, our site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tools, which may include:

• Google Ads and Google Analytics: to measure ad clicks, calls, form submissions, and site traffic, and to show our ads to people who visited before (remarketing).
• Call tracking: we may show a different phone number depending on how you found us, so we know which ad or page led to your call.
• Form tracking: when you send a form, we may record which ad or page you came from.

Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Phone Calls & Our AI Assistant

Someone always picks up, day or night.

When you call, you may be greeted by an AI phone assistant that takes your info and helps schedule service. Calls with Mama's Boy, whether answered by our team or the AI assistant, may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, scheduling, and record keeping. By staying on the line, you consent to the recording.

Recordings and transcripts are processed by our phone and voice service providers on our behalf. We only use them to serve you and run our business. Don't want to be recorded? Tell us at the start of the call and ask for a callback, or email us instead.

Text Messages (SMS)

Quick updates, only if you want them.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about appointments, quotes, service updates, reminders, and, if you opt in, occasional offers.

Agreeing to texts is never required to buy anything from us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers who help us deliver the messages.

Who We Share It With

We don't sell your info. Ever.

We only share your info with:

• Service providers that help us run the business, like website hosting, email delivery (Brevo), payments (Stripe), phone, SMS, and AI call answering, scheduling tools, and review widgets. They can only use your info to provide services to us.
• Ad and analytics partners like Google, as described in Section 3.
• Equipment manufacturers and suppliers when needed to register a warranty or order parts for your system.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or a court order, or to protect our rights, customers, or crew.
• Business transfers, if our business is ever sold or merged.

Your Choices

Your info, your call.

• Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email.
• Texts: reply STOP.
• Ads and cookies: use the opt-out links in Section 3.
• See, fix, or delete your info: email mamasboyair@gmail.com and we'll help. We may need to confirm it's you, and we may keep records the law requires, like invoices.

We'll still send messages tied to work you booked, like appointment confirmations, unless you ask us not to.

Security & Retention

We treat your info like we treat your home.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your info, including encrypted connections on our site and trusted providers for payments and email. No system is 100% secure, so we can't promise perfect security.

We keep your info as long as we need it to serve you, keep service history for your equipment, and meet legal, tax, and warranty requirements. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Children

Our services are for adults.

We don't knowingly collect info from anyone under 13. If you think a child sent us info, contact us and we'll delete it.
