Twice a year. Systems down here run close to year round, so one visit is not enough. Both visits are included in either plan.
We clear the drain line, change the filter, check refrigerant, test the electrical side, and wash down the outside coil. If we find a problem, you get the price before we touch anything.
About an hour for one system. Older units and tight installs take longer.
